PRIORITY : ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Lots of exciting things have been starting to take place since environmental responsibility was named as a priority for the school by the Beaconsfield staff! We have conducted a waste audit, installed Greencones, set up worm farms and recycling for the school.
LATEST BREAKING NEWS!!!
# OH NO!!! With the Undercover Area improvements on the way - we have had to shift our above ground garden beds. At the moment they are inside the fenced off security area, so noone can get in to them to plant any new plants. :(
We shifted all of the plants we could to another garden bed near Room 15. Any of the herbs that were ready were harvested and many people took some home to use. The red and green basil were both very popular.
Room 11 have decided that now is the time to develop the lower cluster garden. They have cleared it, spread some good soil into it, sectioned it off and now - 'What to plant?'
