Historic
Shipwrecks of Perth 1656-1942 -
Fremantle Maritime Museum.
Mike Lefroy, W.A. Maritime Museum, arranged for us to see through the Boat Museum and the exhibition, and allowed us to take our own photos.
Alison Gregg, from the Local History Section of the Fremantle Library, was able to help us access information from the Arthur Head Bicentennial Project.
Photographs taken on Rottnest Island have been used with the kind permission of John O'Brien.
The University of WA gave us permission to use the photo of Arthur Head, showing the first lighthouse and flagstaff, taken 1870 - 1875.

OUTSIDE LINKS TO GUIDING LIGHTS
The Guiding Lights site is being used as an
exemplar site to encourage other schools to create a web site related to
a local issue to do with the oceans.
The Guiding Lights site has been made a Sibling Site by Tumblong because
of its response to the English artefact of the Time Ball located at Greenwich.
